Let's talk about the Chakra.

Chakra means, in Sanskrit, circle. According to its location it represents the energy in different parts of the body. These vortices or chakras are seven and represent the union between consciousness or mind and matter or body. In this way our physical, emotional, spiritual and social selves come together. In short, we could define the chakras as energy points that are responsible for the balance of our body and mind, creating a connection between our parts: psychological, organic, spiritual and emotional. These are found throughout the spine, from the tailbone to the head, and in turn, are connected to the different endocrine glands of our body. Taking this into account, the chakras have a strong influence on various functions of our own body, so their balance is vital for the overall well-being of our body.
